It’s a family affair here at Tipsy Trips - started in 2022 by Nicole Alison and Robert Paull, and you will often find daughter, Romie, and family friend, Jayne, serving behind the bar too!

 

With over 20 years in theatre management, Nicole is super organised, has a keen eye for detail, and makes events look fabulous.

 

Our newly converted horsebox bar is not only visually striking, making for the perfect centrepiece at any event, but it's also completely mobile and comes equipped with its own power supply, meaning it can be operated in even the most remote locations. In 2025, we added another bar to the mix - a standalone mobile bar suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

 

Our fully stocked bar features an impressive selection of high-quality wines, beers, spirits, and soft drinks, with a special focus on crafting delicious cocktails. We pride ourselves on providing a tailored drinks menu that caters to the unique tastes of your guests.Our goal is to ensure that your party is a smashing success.

 

We strive to make the whole process as easy and hassle-free as possible. When you book with Tipsy Trips, our bars arrive fully licensed, stocked, and staffed, requiring no assistance setting up or breaking down at the end of the event. Plus, we take care of the cleanup afterward, so you can relax and enjoy the party.
